In the event that you are not satisfied with any service or treatment performed, Water's Edge is happy to repeat the service within a 5-day period. Adjustment services are performed by the same technician unless other arrangements are made by management.
We guarantee our chemical services with the at home use of professional products.
In the event that you are not satisfied with a retail purchase, the purchase can be returned for store credit for up to 90 days from the original purchase. Makeup, skin care and nail polish are final sales and cannot be returned.
A 24-hour notice to cancel an appointment is greatly appreciated. A missed appointment means loss of wages for the particular staff member. However, we do realize circumstances occasionally arise which are completely out of one's control, and we truly understand.
We are happy to send you an email or text message confirmation 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
To ensure you get an appointment when you want, with whom you want, we recommend you schedule your next service appointment before leaving
In consideration of other clients and for your comfort as well, we encourage you to provide care for your children elsewhere during your visit at the Water's Edge.

For your comfort and to achieve the maximum benefit from a body polish or any body treatment, we suggest that you refrain from shaving on the day of your appointment.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express as well as personal checks and cash. Returned checks have a $20 fee. Gratuities are not included in services.
