Making the Most of Your Water's Edge Experience

Our scheduling is planned to allow the correct time for each service. Please help yourself and others by being on time. If possible, we recommend arriving 10 minutes early so you can enjoy a spa beverage and begin your relaxing spa experience.


In consideration for other clients and for your comfort as well, we encourage you to provide care for your children elsewhere during your visit at the Water's Edge.


Your spa and salon services are reserved especially for you. Should a cancellation be necessary, please call at least 24 hours in advance of your appointment time. The spa answering machine is always available for you to leave a message. A missed appointment means lost wages for that particular staff member. However, we do realize occasionally circumstances arise which are completely our of your control and we truly understand.


To ensure you get an appointment when you want, with whom you want, we recommend you schedule your next service before leaving. Please remember we work as a team to please you. We believe a change can be refreshing, so feel free to try all of us at any time.


Naturally, Water's Edge guarantees your satisfaction with all treatments and services. In the event that you are not satisfied, we will be happy to repeat that service within a 5-day period. Unfortunately, if we are not contacted within the 5-day period, we will have to charge for repeat of the service. Re-do's are performed by the same stylist unless other arrangements are made by management.


Water's Edge Gift Certificates are a wonderful way to pamper that special someone. Ours may be used for any spa service or retail product. Gift Certificates are available in the Spa, by phone, internet, or mail. Gift Certificates are nonrefundable and have no cash value.


The Water's Edge will make every effort to accommodate your needs. In the event that you do not find something you need, please feel free to ask and we will do our best to meet your needs.
