Mask Update:
If you have been fully vaccinated, you are no longer required to wear a mask inside our home. Please know that if we see you with a mask on, whether we are vaccinated or not, we will reciprocate by putting a mask on. 

We will continue to utilize our check in texting system, as our waiting room area is not in use at this time. Please check in via our automated texting system and remain in your vehicle until we let you know that your technician is ready.

Upon arrival, you'll have the option to hand sanitize or wash your hands.

Symptom & Contact Protocols

  • If you reply yes to any of the questions below, please reschedule your appointment:
    • Are you experience any new or unexplained respiratory symptoms, loss of taste, muscle aches or severe fatigue?

    • Have you had a fever of 100.4 in the past 3 days?

    • Have you had any close contact (within 6 feet for 10 minutes) with someone who is suspected or confirmed to have COVID-19 in the past 14 days? *Healthcare workers wearing proper PPE are excluded as well as those fully vaccinated.

    • Have you traveled internationally or on a cruise in the past 10 days?

    • If you are 14 days past your 2nd vaccine or have tested positive for Covid 19 in the past 90 days, you are exempt from quarantine after international travel and being in close contact with a covid case.
