All Services are Available!
   Due to the social distancing restrictions, we will not be scheduling side-by-side nail or spa services. At this time we have 1 pedicure station and 1 manicure station available. 
Are we blow drying hair?
  The simple answer is, yes. We are allowed to blow dry hair. However, I am very concerned with the well being and comfort of the Water's Edge stylists. Imagine wearing a mask, and an apron while working with a hot blow dryer in the summer heat. Therefore blow drying will not be guaranteed. No one wants to see their stylist hit the floor with heat stroke!

Are you serving beverages? Can I bring my own?
  Current NH guidelines state that clients cannot eat or drink in the building. 

Do I need to wear a mask?

  Current NH guidelines state that clients and employees must wear a cloth covering the nose and mouth. It can only be moved if there is a service you are receiving on the area under the mask.

Can I bring my child in to get a service?

  Current NH guidelines state that we are only allowed to have 1 client per 1 technicianin the building. Therefore no one can accompany another guest; however, you and your child can get a haircut at the same time with two different technicians.

Other Appointment Protocols

  • You cannot accompany any other client into the building, and no one can accompany you.
  • We are now required to do a Covid Symptoms Screening 24 hours prior to your appointment along with the screening we do when you arrive. You will receive an email 24-48 hours prior to your appointment with, "PLEASE RESPOND" in the subject line. If you do not reply, we will need to make individual calls and I'd rather not interrupt your day with covid questions. If you answer YES to any of the questions, please be honest and we will reschedule your appointment as soon as possible.

  • The Covid symptoms screening questions are:

    • Are you experiencing any flu or respiratory systems?

    • Have you had a fever of 100.4 in the past 3 days?

    • Have you had any close contact with someone who is suspected or confirmed to have COVID-19 in the past 14 days?

    • Have you traveled internationally in the past 14 days?

    • Have you traveled by cruise ship or on public transportation in the last 14 days?

  • If you do not have a mask (ear loop for hair services), we can provide one for you. Everyone wears a mask in the building. It's the State of NH rules, but we'd do it anyway!

  • When you arrive for your appointment, please wait in your car until one of our team members comes out to get you.

  • As you enter the building, we'll ask the Covid symptoms screening questions again and take your temperature.

  • You'll wash your hands as your technician washes their hands.

  • All surfaces that you and your technician touch are cleaned in between every client.

  • All capes and other linens are freshly laundered.

  • We have hand sanitizer placed throughout the common areas and at each station.

  • Our technicians wear gloves for all waxing, facial and nail services. Prior to cutting hair, your stylist will wash or sanitize their hands.

  • We are doing our best to provide you a chair side check out to keep crowding at our front desk to a minimum. You will be offered to leave a credit card on file if you choose.
