As the owner of Water’s Edge, Sheri’s goal is simple: she wants every guest to leave feeling amazing—inside and out. She believes beauty comes from the confidence of embracing your own kind of beautiful.
Throughout the salon, you’ll notice bold turquoise greens and blues inspired by the peacock—Sheri’s spirit animal. The peacock moves with grace and confidence, unapologetically standing out. That same transformation is what brings Sheri the most joy: watching clients walk a little taller and leave feeling more confident than when they arrived.
Sheri began her journey in the salon industry at just 18 years old as a Front Desk Coordinator. Over the years, she earned a bachelor’s degree in marketing, her cosmetology license, and advanced certifications in airbrush makeup, brow services, skincare, waxing, lash enhancements, and hair extensions. In 2016, she purchased Water’s Edge from her longtime friend and mentor, Shelly Devlin—turning her passion into a place she now calls her happy place.
Today, Sheri focuses on supporting both her team and guests behind the scenes. While she no longer maintains a regular book of appointments, she works alongside her technicians—assisting with services, stepping in when needed, and ensuring every guest experience meets the Water’s Edge standard.
When she’s not jumping in to help on the floor, Sheri loves connecting with guests, mixing up drinks, and being a resource for her team. She takes immense pride in the dedication of the Water’s Edge team and is deeply committed to creating an environment where every team member feels valued, supported, and empowered to grow.
Favorite beauty hack: Using makeup remover to take Bandaid residue off skin
Passions: She loves to unwind with a New England motorcycle ride, traveling anywhere and everywhere, crocheting, sour dough baking, spontaneous cookouts with friends and family, glamping, and she almost always has one earbud in listening to books.

As a Manager, Haley plays a key role in supporting both the team and the overall salon experience. She leads by example, mentoring new team members, sharing her knowledge, and helping others grow in both skill and confidence. A natural nurturer, Ann Marie makes every client feel welcome from the moment they walk through the door. She lives by the belief that everything we do has a ripple effect, and she brings that mindset to her work—treating every guest with kindness, respect, and genuine care while ensuring each person receives the attention they deserve.
A real estate agent and lifelong learner, Ann Marie finds the spa environment both calming and inspiring. She defines beauty as presenting yourself with confidence and pride, and she loves witnessing the transformation that happens from the moment a client arrives to when they leave feeling renewed.
