Our Guarantee
We believe our success comes through listening, understanding, caring, and providing the best personal service in spa care. Our goals are to continually keep up to date on our education, stay current with trends and styles, and pass those talents on to you.
- If you are not satisfied with any service or treatment provided, Water’s Edge is happy to repeat the service within 5 days. Adjustment services are performed by the same technician unless management makes other arrangements.
- We guarantee our chemical services with the at-home use of professional products.
- If you are not satisfied with a retail purchase, you may return it for store credit within 90 days of the original purchase. Makeup, skincare, and nail polish are final sales and cannot be returned.

Cancellations
Our reservations are made for you personally, and a credit card is required to book. A 24-hour notice to cancel a reservation is greatly appreciated. When an appointment is missed, we lose the opportunity to accommodate other clients during that time. If you do not show or cancel less than 24 hours prior to your reservation, a 50% fee will be charged for the total services scheduled. We do send an email confirmation 5 days in advance, as well as text messages 2 days and 2 hours prior to your appointment.
Helpful Hints
- To ensure you get an appointment when you want, with whom you want, we recommend scheduling your next service appointment before you leave.
- In consideration of other clients and for your comfort as well, we encourage you to provide care for your children elsewhere during your visit to the Water’s Edge.
- Please remember we work as a team to please you. We believe a change can be refreshing, so feel free to try all of us at any time.
- For your comfort and to maximize the benefits of a body polish or any body treatment, we suggest you refrain from shaving on the day of your appointment.
- For any waxing appointment, it is best to have at least 1/4 inch of hair growth, trimmed to 1/2 inch long.
Payment
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, personal checks, Venmo, and cash. Returned checks have a $20 fee. Gratuities are not included in services. Gratuities can be included with credit cards, gift cards, Venmo, and personal checks.
