A 24-hour notice to cancel an appointment is greatly appreciated. A missed appointment means loss of wages for the particular staff member. However, we do realize circumstances occasionally arise which are completely out of one's control, and we truly understand.
We are happy to send you an email confirmation 5 days prior to your appointment, text confirmation 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment as well as a 2 hour text reminder.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express as well as personal checks and cash. Returned checks have a $20 fee. Gratuities are not included in services. Gratuities can be included in credit card & personal checks.
