Our reservations are made for you personally, therefore a credit card is required to make a reservation. A 24 hour notice to cancel a reservation is greatly appreciated. When an appointment is missed, we lose the opportunity to accommodate other clients during that time. In the event you do not show or cancel less than 24 hours prior to your reservation, there will be a 50% fee charged of the total services scheduled. We do send an email confirmation 5 days in advance, as well as a text message 2 days prior and 2 hours prior to your appointment.
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express as well as personal checks and cash. Returned checks have a $20 fee. Gratuities are not included in services. Gratuities can be included in credit card & personal checks.
